Our History

RISE Academy is a non-profit organization under the RISE Education System. institution in San Jose, California and has been a pillar in the community since its establishment in 2009. Our institution caters to students from Toddler to 12th grade and holds accreditation from both the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and Cognia (International accreditation).

After completing its expansion plan in 2022, the campus currently occupies over 60,000 sq. ft. of learning spaces at 4415 Fortran Court in San Jose.
RISE provides a rich, college preparatory curriculum designed to meet the needs of its diverse student population. Students have access to a variety of academic programs tailored to meet their needs with classes in grades ECE-6 being in self-contained classrooms for most of the day and students in grades 7-12 scheduled into subject specific classes based on the student learning plans. RISE’s instructional program includes dual-enrollment and online options for high school.
