2.  A 5% incentive will be applied to the tuition payment if the full-year amount is paid in one installment upon enrollment.
3.  RISE Academy staff members can receive a discount on their child’s tuition ranging from 15% to 50%, depending on their part-time or full-time employment status.
4.  Enrollment fee discounts are available for early birds.

Please note that discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with financial aid.

FINANCIAL AGREEMENT:

1.  Acceptance of students is contingent upon payment of fees and tuition in full, or the submission of a Direct Payment Authorization.

2.  The first direct payment will be processed in September upon receipt of the authorization form.

3.  Families who enroll for the full year will have Direct Payments processed on the second business day of each month from September through June. If a family begins enrollment after the first day of school, they will need to pay tuition prior to their child’s first day.

4.  Full payment of yearly tuition is due at the time of enrollment. While monthly Direct Payments are offered as a convenience to parents, the full tuition amount is still required regardless of whether or not school is in session for the entire month. Failure to meet monthly payments may result in dismissal of students from RISE.

5.  Tuition payments are non-refundable.

6.   If a student is withdrawn from school before the end of the school year, a prorated tuition adjustment may be made only if the school receives a 15-day prior notice. Payments made towards tuition before the withdrawal are not refundable.

7.  RISE reserves the right to dismiss any student whose individual needs cannot be met by the school.

8.  RISE reserves the right to refuse service if there is a dispute or violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

9.  RISE reserves the right to change the fees and programs offered without prior notification.

10.  RISE will bill tuition in accordance with the advertised amount on our website and indicated above.

ADMISSIONS POLICY

Acceptance of applicants will be based on the following criteria:

  • Our school is grounded in community values, and we prioritize admission for children who meet our criteria and have a connection to the RISE community.
  • We welcome all qualified applicants and will consider them if space is available.
  • We interview families of potential students to assess their commitment to their child’s education and to determine if our programs can fulfill the individual requirements of the student.
  • The school administration will monitor the academic and behavioral progress of new students during their probationary period. If a student fails to meet the expectations set forth by the school, the administration may ask the student to leave the Academy and pursue other educational opportunities.

Academic Readiness

Academic and social preparedness is evaluated through a combination of placement/screening tests, teacher assessments, and a review of past report cards/progress reports from the student’s previous school.

Age

Students entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years old on or before September 30th of that year.
