Monday: Junior Achievement (Entrepreneurship) for High School Students

Inspire and Prepare Young People to Succeed!

Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs.

The program helps prepare young people for the real world by showing them how to generate wealth and effectively manage it, how to create jobs which make their communities more robust, and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking to the workplace. Students put these lessons into action and learn the value of contributing to their communities.

We will need a minimum 5 students to start this program!

Tuesday: Robotics Club

Build Robots. Solve Problems. Build Confidence!

The Robotics program uses fun, hands-on projects to get your child’s creativity and imaginations loose. Your child will learn how to build and program robots while learning new problem solving skills and having a great time with STEM. They learn science and engineering concepts, such as how pulleys, levers and motors work.

Wednesday: Graphic Design Club

Grow your Design Skills!

Graphic Design is about communicating designs through visual content. The Graphic Design Club helps young designers to use type, photos and other images as visual language. In this program students learn how to develop visual concepts and create effective, exciting user experiences. Students will begin learning Graphic Design using Adobe Photoshop.

Thursday: Art Club

Every Student Deserves Art!

Art classes meet once a week giving students the opportunity to experience a variety of fun filled visual arts lessons such as drawing, painting, chalk pastels, and watercolor just to name a few. Our teacher is a professional and experienced artist. Students are sure to enjoy every minute!

Thursday: Math Club for High School Students

Help your Child Excel in Math!

Extending the math learning day help students not only meet math standards and develop proficiency, but also enable them to engage in the kind of deep learning and comprehension they might not have time for during normal classroom hours. The Math program helps children develop mathematical skills, gain confidence in their mathematical abilities, increase their enjoyment of mathematics, and improve their ability to work with others.

Friday: Writing Club

Learn academic writing!

The writing club helps middle and high school students improve their writing skills. Many students enjoy expressing themselves through original writing.  Whether that writing takes the shape of poetry, prose or short stories, students’ creativity in encouraged in this club, and once the pieces are completed, the authors are invited to share their work with other members.
