- The 2-day (Tuesday/Thursday) and 3-day (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) part-time options provide more accessible enrollment pathways for families who may not need a full five-day schedule.
- Because each half-day student still occupies a classroom seat that could otherwise be used for a full-day student, half-day enrollment will be available only on a limited basis and subject to classroom capacity.
- Full-day enrollment will receive priority placement. Part-time and half-day availability will depend on staffing, classroom space, and overall program needs.
- We are also actively considering an afterschool program option that would provide extended care beyond 2:45 PM. We request families who are interested in this option to complete the interest form. Your feedback will help us determine whether there is sufficient interest to move forward.

Financial Agreement
- Full payment of yearly tuition is due at the time of enrollment. While the option of paying in installments is offered as a convenience to parents, the full tuition amount is still required regardless of whether or not school is in session for the entire month. Failure to meet payments may result in dismissal of students from RISE Academy.
- Students that begin at RISE Academy after September 30 will pay tuition at a prorated cost based on their first day of school. Their first tuition payment is due before they begin attending school.
- The application fee and enrollment fee are both non-refundable
- In the event of early withdrawal, tuition is not refunded for time the student was enrolled
- Parents must give at least 30 days written notice prior to withdrawing to avoid being charged for the month. Students who are withdrawn on or after May 1, 2027, will not receive a credit for days not enrolled.
- Tuition is still due in the event of student absences in order to maintain their enrollment status.
- If a student pays upfront tuition and withdraws through the year, they will be refunded for the days the student will not be attending as long as 30 days notice is given. If 30 days notice is not given, tuition for 30 days after the date of notice will be due.
- Tuition can be paid through Credit/Debit Card or ACH/Bank Transfer. Credit/Debit Card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee. In the event of refunds or withdrawals, the processing fee will not be refunded.
- It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure the payment method on file is up-to-date. If a tuition payment is declined on the first day of the month or tuition is not submitted, there will be a $25 late payment charge issued if it is not resolved by the 3rd business day of the month.
- The payment method on file may be used to charge other incidental fees during the school year such as special in-class activities, field trips, or late pick-ups.
- RISE Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student whose individual needs cannot be met by the school.
- RISE Academy reserves the right to refuse service if there is a dispute or violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- RISE Academy reserves the right to change the fees and programs offered without prior notification.
- RISE Academy will bill tuition in accordance as indicated above.
